Since the health of the guests is the top priority for the Karin and Walter Bl\u00fcchert Memorial Foundation, the program could not be continued as planned from 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision was quickly made to bring the program to the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A diverse program of art, culture and entertainment was put together for 10 senior citizens&#039; facilities over five days and shown on site, so that safety could be maintained and the people could still be reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the foundation is aware that many experienced people who need support do not only live in senior citizens&#039; facilities, but also in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The &quot;Pen Pals&quot; project was launched for this purpose.
