Professionals working in homelessness services are bound by the professional standards of social work, the concept of their institution, and the mission statement of the sponsoring organization. Their tasks and responsibilities are therefore subject to a more comprehensive set of obligations.
These „Golden Rules“ were developed on April 27, 2019 at a networking meeting of full-time and volunteer workers in homelessness services.
