Our focus is on the scholarly analysis and further development of victim protection law, particularly social compensation law and criminal procedure law. We concentrate on the legal, social, and practical challenges faced by victims. Through our work, we aim to stimulate research, legal practice, and civil society.
We support projects, promote professional exchange, and contribute to strengthening victim protection in a sustainable way. In addition, we support the foundation's charitable projects aimed at providing more needs-based care, particularly with regard to issues of social and medical law.
